MEMdata serves as an authorized agent for our hospital clients in the acquisition of equipment and services.

Short Sales Cycle
In addition to serving our hospital clients, MEMdata also strives to provide a service to you. When we contact
you regarding a project, the need is real and our client intends to make a purchase for the product or service
within a relatively short amount of time. This results in a very short sales cycle, which is often a rarity in
healthcare.

MEMdata also offers repeat business opportunities. Each time we work with a quality vendor, we add your company
name and contact information to our database for future sales.

No Marketing or Patronage Fees
MEMdata charges vendors no fees. This
is not a part of our business model. All we ask in return for providing your organization with qualified, volume business
opportunities is three things: 1) a great price, 2) exceptional quality, and 3) superior customer service for our hospital
clients. MEMdata does not expect to take a percentage of the sales price. We request that you please
keep this in mind when pricing your products and/or services.
